Welcome To
Sudanese Arabic School Islamabad

History & About Us

The Sudanese School has been a pioneering institution in education since its establishment in the mid-1990s. Founded with a noble mission, the school aims to secure a bright future for generations by providing an Arabic educational environment. This initiative addresses the shortage of Arabic schools catering to the Sudanese community and other Arab and Islamic communities in Pakistan.

The primary objective of the school is to deliver quality education to children of Arab communities at all levels, including kindergarten, elementary, intermediate, and high school. It also features a center for teaching Arabic to non-native speakers. Over the decades, the school has persevered through financial challenges thanks to the combined efforts of parents and benefactors, sustaining its journey for nearly four decades.

The school’s vision focuses on preserving the Arabic language and fostering an Islamic cultural environment while also accommodating Pakistani students interested in Arabic education. This vision underscores the school’s role in strengthening cultural ties and nurturing Arab heritage within Pakistan.

The Sudanese School operates in close collaboration with the Sudanese Embassy in Islamabad, which ensures adherence to the Sudanese Ministry of Education’s curriculum. The embassy also facilitates administrative tasks, such as certifying diplomas and coordinating visas for teachers and students. In addition, the school maintains productive cooperation with Pakistani authorities, including the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, which has granted it the necessary authorization to operate and support its educational mission.

The Sudanese diploma awarded by the school is recognized by the Higher Education Commission of Pakistan, enabling graduates to pursue higher education at universities in Pakistan, as well as globally, including in Arab and international institutions.

The school acknowledges the vital contributions of Pakistani authorities, parents, and community members who have supported its mission. Their dedication and perseverance ensure the continuity of this educational endeavor despite challenges, securing a promising future for all its students.
